Rental Guidelines
When we review an application we are looking for the following:
- Combined household gross income to be 3 times the monthly rent
- 6 months of continuous employment
- Positive rental history
- Evidence of reserve funds in the bank
- We will verify your employment
- We will run a criminal background check
- We will run a credit check – We are not score based. We are most concerned with items on your credit report that impact your rental history – For example, Landlord Tenant Judgements, evictions, and utility collections as well as the ratio of positive and negative tradelines
